REFUND POLICY

Because tickets reserve a specific date and time, we do not allow cancellations or refunds. You may reschedule your time but you must provide 48-hour notice. Tickets are not refundable but you can transfer your tickets to your friends. Please reach out to bookings@rdphhq.com for assistance.
